It looks like Live Nation Entertainment (LNE) will win control of Los Angeles' legendary 5,800-capacity Greek Theatre, ousting Nederlander Concerts which has operated the city-owned venue for almost 40 years.
After a tendering process, the City of Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks made its initial recommendation in favour of LNE, but has delayed a formal announcement. A decision is now expected on 23 October after further consideration.
