Lawsuits are starting to be filed over the sudden collapse of a metal railing at a 5 August concert in New Jersey's 25,000-capacity BB&T Pavilion in Camden.
The venue's operator and show promoter Live Nation Entertainment, along with headline artistes Calvin Broadus, Jr. (aka Snoop Dogg) and Cameron Thomaz (aka Wiz Khalifa), are named in the filing at the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
Fourteen audience members and three staff, including one who suffered a fractured spine, were injured.
